Ms. Secker has appeared as a lecturer in various seminars and specialized classes in contract, commercial and construction law. She has authored articles for local construction publications and the Coastal Grower.
Community Service Activities
Ms. Secker is a current Board member of several community organizations, including the Hartnell College Foundation (past president and chair), and the Elkhorn Slough Foundation. She is a member of various wine and vintner groups.  She was formerly on the Boards of the Monterey County Historical Resources Review Board and Ag Against Hunger. She has also served on several special advisory boards for community projects including the Planned Giving Advisory Committee for California State University, Monterey Bay and has been a member of the board of directors of a local non-profit agency developing housing for low income families.
