Cache Creek Conservancy
The Cache Creek Conservancy (CCC) is a non-profit organization based in Yolo County, California, dedicated to restoration, education, and outreach. The Conservancy is governed by a volunteer board of directors, and day to day activities are carried out by an executive director and program staff.

The Cache Creek Conservancy proudly manages the Jan T. Lowrey Cache Creek Nature Preserve. The Preserve, an area of rich riverine habitat, is open to the public with hiking trails and wildlife viewing. For more information about the Preserve, please click here. Nature Preserve

The Cache Creek Conservancy offers a comprehensive environmental education program focused on the ecology, culture, and history of the Cache Creek watershed. Teachers may choose from a broad array of “hands on” site specific teaching stations that meet California standards-based curriculum.

The Cache Creek Conservancy is dedicated to restoring the lower part of Cache Creek including removal of non-native invasive plant species and revegetation with native plants. The Conservancy offers assistance to area landowners for habitat preservation and restoration projects.
