Charles G. Argianas, President of Argianas & Associates, has spent over 30 years appraising and consulting on real estate properties throughout the United States. Before founding Argianas & Associates, he held various positions with The First National Bank of Chicago (now JP Morgan Chase), Deloitte & Touche Consulting, and American Appraisal Associates. In those capacities, he has created and managed entire real estate appraisal/consultant staffs with a focus on income producing and special-purpose properties.

Charles is nationally recognized for his expertise in appraising large institutional, industrial, and special purpose properties. Major properties appraised include: Chicago's mixed-use retail/office Water Tower Place; the 1,250,000sf Chicago Mercantile Exchange Building; Chicago's 845,000sf Quaker Tower; Oakbrook Center Mall in Oak Brook, IL; the 4,600,000sf ARCO Towers Plaza in Los Angeles; the 700,000sf Chase Plaza in Los Angeles; the 1,100,000sf Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia; the ABC Headquarters Tower in New York and the 1,000,000sf Trammel Crow Center in Dallas.

Charles, an ARGUS discounted cash flow analyst, is also accomplished in appraising entire subdivisions and condominium developments using the wholesale/bulk value premise.

Legal appraised positions have included fee simple, leased fee, leasehold and partial interests for domestic/international financing, purchase price allocation, condemnation, ad valorem tax, estate planning, sale/leasebacks, buy/sell negotiations, portfolio reviews and syndication due diligence. In addition, he has performed market/feasibility studies, highest and best use studies and investment analysis cash flow studies for a variety of special purpose facilities.
