Elisabeth A. Pickle

Elisabeth Pickle’s client-centered estate planning practice focuses on crafting estate plans that include and implement the deepest needs, desires and wishes of her clients. She helps her clients take maximum advantage of the tax and inheritance laws to avoid Probate, avoid Guardianship, and quickly and inexpensively pass their estates on to their heirs after death. She also assists her clients with strategies to protect the inheritance they are passing on to their heirs from creditors' claims, divorce, and bankruptcy.

Elisabeth received a Juris Doctorate from New England Law in 1999.  She has been a tireless advocate for the mentally ill, disabled and elderly population. Elisabeth’s law practice over the years has included acting as a consultant to law firms specializing in estate planning, disability rights and employment law.  She has also served as General Legal Counsel for her husband’s Physical Therapy practice overseeing the day to day operations and handling business and employee related matters.

Elisabeth has practical experience and training in probate matters, real estate and financial planning. This additional experience enables her to bring several different perspectives to the estate planning process.  She has practiced as a real estate broker and has handled numerous guardianship and conservatorship cases in Probate Court and knows firsthand how time consuming and expensive Probate can be. Elisabeth is an estate planning speaker and frequently conducts seminars on estate planning for civic groups, churches, clubs, families, and the general public.
