Grady Jolley serves as a Partner with The Nunley Firm in Boerne, Texas.  His practice is with general civil law with an emphasis on Real Estate, Oil and Gas, Water Rights, Wind Energy, Banking, Commercial transactions, and Business Organizations. Grady represents clients in complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, refinancing, water rights and real estate development, organized water utility districts and companies, and obtaining government entitlements for real estate developments.  He continues to perform real estate, water rights, oil and gas, banking and business organizational work.  He is an approved examining attorney for Stewart Title Insurance, Alamo Title Company and Fidelity Title Insurance.
Background and Education:
Grady was born in 1956 in Sweetwater, Texas, and graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in History in 1978.  In 1982, he received his J.D. from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, where he was the president of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. Following his graduation from law school, Grady moved to Abilene, Texas where he practiced primarily oil and gas. In 1990, he returned to the San Antonio area and set up a general law practice with an emphasis in oil and gas, real estate, banking, commercial law, creditors; rights and business organizations. Grady served clients throughout the Southwest Texas region until merging with Ken Nunley and Joe Davis to form Nunley & Jolley, L.L.P. in 1996.
