Green-Rock Audubon Society
Mission Statement
To protect the environment, especially wildlife and its habitat through education, activism, advocacy, and conservancy.

The Green-Rock Audubon Society (GRAS) is Green, Rock and eastern Lafayette Counties local chapter of the National Audubon Society. They conduct monthly meeting, alternating between Janesville, WI and Monroe, WI. They conduct outings throughout the year and throughout the area. They work with schools to educate young people. They advocate in favor local, state and federal legislation that is favorable to the environment and against legislation that would harm the environment. They restore, manage and own habitat.
