Jaclyn H. Prange

Jaclyn Prange joined the firm in 2010 as an environmental law fellow. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Cormac J. Carney of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Prange received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law in 2009, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and was a member of the Epstein Program in Public Interest Law and Policy.

While in law school, Ms. Prange worked for the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (Appellate Section), Irell & Manella LLP, the Natural Resources Defense Council, and Lawyers for Clean Water. She also served as Chief Comments Editor of the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law & Policy, and co-founded a street clinic that provides legal services to the homeless. In 2008, Ms. Prange was awarded a Switzer Environmental Fellowship.

Ms. Prange graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oregon’s Clark Honors College in 2004 with a B.S. in biology and political science. She also holds a M.P.H. in environmental health sciences from the UCLA School of Public Health.
