John B. Norton, MAI


Mr. Norton has been a real estate appraiser in the State of Colorado since July 1985. Since October 1994, he has been the President and owner of Norton Appraisal Services, Inc. located in Durango, Colorado. His experience includes the appraisal of commercial, industrial, and agricultural real property throughout Southwest Colorado. Mr. Norton appraises for sale/purchase, mortgage loans, charitable donations, estate valuation, eminent domain, and property tax assessment appeal. He has expertise in the appraisal of unimproved land for a variety of reasons including conservation easements, open space acquisition, and partial acquisition for public/private rights-of-way.
