Kathryn Brack Morrow
Kathryn Brack Morrow is an associate with the Budd-Falen Law Offices, LLC, where she practices natural resources law, environmental law, land use law, and administrative law.  Kathryn also has extensive experience in general civil litigation matters.  Kathryn has represented clients before administrative tribunals, before courts of the United States of America, and before various state courts.  Kathryn is licensed to practice law before state and federal courts in Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Kathryn was born and raised in New Mexico.  She graduated with an undergraduate degree in History and Foreign Languages from New Mexico State University, where she also later received her Masters’ degree in History.  Kathryn also attended the Université d’Angers in Angers, France.  She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Baylor University School of Law.  At Baylor, Kathryn was an associate editor of the Baylor Law Review, and received the William R. Trial Award for Excellence in Civil Procedure.
Prior to working for the Budd-Falen Law Offices, LLC, Kathryn was a legal intern for the Honorable Jeffrey Manske, United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Texas.  During her educational career, Kathryn also completed internships with the United States Department of State at its embassy in Paris, France, and with Senator Pete V. Domenici in Washington, D.C.
During her career at Budd-Falen Law Offices, LLC, Kathryn has represented a broad range of clients on a variety of matters including federal lands issues, wind energy development, Endangered Species Act issues, property issues, as well as other general civil litigation issues.  Kathryn has briefed issues before state and federal courts, including the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal, the Wyoming Supreme Court, the New Mexico Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
