Margaret Menicucci

As a thoughtful and considerate adviser, Margaret brings to landowners a skilled understanding of family estate planning. Her background in leading multi-party negotiations has allowed her to hone her listening skills and understand the unique needs of each client as she guides them in transforming their expectations into action. Margaret joins Thomas Hall in providing estate planning and risk management advice, focused on the distinctive needs of rural landowners. Her knowledge in guiding large and small groups through projects involving natural resources and her ability to identify critical issues and develop practical resolutions, will serve landowners well as they seek to enjoy their land now and protect it for the future. Margaret will also be able to assist clients on various environmental, natural resource and regulatory concerns.
