Maurice Levitch, AIA

Levitch Associates, Inc. is a local tradition, delivering the integrated services of Architecture and Construction with integrity, consistency in character, and respect for our clients, employees, vendors, our community, and the environment.  We exist to create comfort; improving physical environments through thoughtful design, quality construction, and the relationships we build.

While we have always been aware that in construction we are responsible for generating a large amount of Construction and Demolition Waste (C and D), we have done our part to re-use and recycle over the years.  Since 2004 we became more involved with Green Building through education and our commitment to maintaining and improving our physical environment and that of our employees and clients.  We bring our experience to each of our projects by considering green building design, techniques, and products all together as part of the whole project.
