Neighborhood Gardens Associationupdated: May 2014

The Neighborhood Gardens Trust---formerly NGA---a non-profit land trust founded in 1986, plays a critical role in preserving, protecting and promoting community gardening throughout Philadelphia. With a portfolio of about 30 gardens, both ornamental and food-producing, NGT is a leader in sustaining neighborhood green space and advancing community gardening. Now, having formed a strategic alliance with PHS, NGT is poised to become the premier national model for urban land trusts.

In spring 2014, NGT will have its own website with a garden database, photo galleries, and more. Stay posted! For know, learn about NGT's history and consult a map of protected gardens.
