Peter Dittmar

Pete began as a trainee with Granite Creek Valuation in 2007 and acquired his General Appraiser License from the State of Wyoming in 2010. After working for the Jackson Hole Land Trust for seven years, Pete saw a lack of conservation easement appraisers in Western Wyoming as an opportunity to start a new profession. While training for his license, Pete worked on a wide range of appraisal types, from commercial to residential, but he used his wealth of knowledge of conservation easements to appraise ranches and conservation easements in Teton, Sublette, and Fremont Counties. Today, Pete continues to focus on appraisals of ranch land and conservation easements, but is also available for a diverse range of appraisal assignments.
