R. Dale Ginter
Dale represents farmers, agri-businesses and agricultural lenders. His focus is on financing, restructurings induced by financial distress and bankruptcies. In his 30 years of practice Dale has helped clients to successfully reorganize dairies, cheese plants, orchard farmers, grain elevator operators and processors. On the creditor side, he has represented major institutional, as well as smaller lenders to insure their rights are protected and their recovery maximized. He has litigated Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) issues in the bankruptcy courts and advises clients regarding their PACA rights. In addition to insolvencies and restructurings Dale has considerable experience in agricultural finance. He represents major institutional lenders in loan originations and documentation as well as hedging agreements such as commodity forward contracts, swap agreements and the like.
