The principals have extensive professional experience and academic training in appraisal, land economics, and community planning for the past 23 years.

The firm frequently provides appraisals, economic analysis and planning in association with other market research firms, and market research in association with other planning firms. Such flexibility permits each of several specialization's to be used effectively.
