Mr. Baldwin has a practical knowledge and understanding of his clients’ needs, thanks to nearly a decade of experience working in agricultural business before entering law school. Mr. Baldwin’s business and real estate transactional emphasis includes the purchase, sale and leasing of land, subdivisions, permit approvals, water agreements and water rights analysis.

Mr. Baldwin understands agriculture, not only from his undergraduate education and practical farm experience, but also as a result of the years he spent working for Dow’s Agricultural Chemical Division.  Mr. Baldwin also holds a registered Pest Control Applicator’s license, bringing unique understanding and perspective to issues relating to pesticide and pesticide applications, crop losses and other related matters.
