Mission:
The mission of the Contra Costa Resource Conservation District (RCD) is to facilitate conservation and stewardship of the natural resources in our county.
What we do:
The RCD is a non-regulatory agency – we work with individuals, growers, ranchers, public agencies, non-profit organizations and corporations to accomplish our goals. Our federal partner, the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS), provides technical support for our programs.
